Laser cladding allows the use of more cost-effective base materials without compromising on strength. In addition, damaged or worn components can be repaired using laser cladding, minimizing material loss and maximizing service life. Complete corrosion protection is guaranteed by the metallurgical bond between the coating and the base material.

We use iron-, nickel-, and cobalt-based powders for our coatings and repairs. In close cooperation with our suppliers, we are continuously developing innovative laser cladding solutions that combine corrosion protection, wear protection, and repairs.We process components up to 800 mm in diameter, 19,000 mm in length, and weighing up to 6.2 tons—ideal for piston rods and other heavy-duty components.
